Tony
successfully managed several IT and Internet firms before starting CNC in 2002. He
has plans to grow CNC into a $1B organization and splits his
time between streamlining operations and winning new engagements. Tony has
extensive federal, commercial and international experience. In addition to
a solid IT background, he has a thorough understanding of government
modernization and transformation strategies and initiatives. Earlier, he
worked on large enterprise modernization and transformation programs in the US, Europe, and Saudi Arabia
in both government and private sectors. Tony holds 2 masters and is fluent in 3 languages.

Atacan Donmez
Senior Vice President

Atacan is a seasoned IT executive and has worked with the CNC founder since 1995 managing IT based
business units before joining CNC in 2005. Atacan has a diversified range of
management, business development, and IT skills and is also a highly
skilled practicing SME. Atacan specializes in CIO support, government modernization and
transformation, data center consolidation, IT program assessment, IT infrastructure and convergence, and virtualization and cloud computing.
He also excels at
public speaking and launching new engagements and managing highly specialized teams of SMEs
and specialized staff. Atacan holds a MS from GMU and is PMP, Six Sigma, and Cisco certified.

Andrew Bove (Andy)
Vice President
Enterprise Transformation Expert
Andy is a software,
networking, and security
expert and has over 30 years of experience in technical and organizational innovation. He contributed
to the development of SCAP and drove the definition and design of the first
enterprise class product built on these standards. He was the driving force in recommending that NIST leverage the synergies between XBRL and SCAP for an automated FISMA reporting solution. Andy is an invited speaker
at NIST conferences and IAC/ACT and AFCEA events. He was a technical advisor for ISVs such as Microsoft, Telos,
and Tripwire. He recently managed security products
firms and previously worked at EDS, Software AG and Landmark Systems. At Software AG,
he was responsible for the implementation, rollout and support of the EntireX product line
whose customer base is now well over 1500 worldwide. Andy holds a BS in

Ken Riccini
Enterprise Transformation Expert
Ken is an accomplished public sector IT executive
with extensive leadership, management and technical expertise in large scale
data center operations, decennial census processing operations, national
telecommunications operations, local area network operations, and management and
planning of business applications. Ken led the IRS Enterprise Networks division
as well as the Department of the Treasury Telecommunications Center of
Excellence. Ken was also responsible for the IRS Call Center operations and
local network operations. Ken previously led the transformation of the
Department of the Treasury wide area network including implementation of the
Trusted Internet Connection. The transition involved over 800 sites and 500
applications and multiple Treasury bureaus. Ken previously served as the
Treasury Departmental Office CIO with responsibility for infrastructure and
business applications operations. He also led the Departmental WAN and security
operations as ACIO for Telecommunications Management. While at the Census
Bureau, Ken occupied two director level positions for the Telecommunications
Office and the Computer Services Division. Ken was previously responsible for
the 1990 Decennial Census Processing Offices and served in senior management
positions in the Demographic and Administrative Directorates. Awards include
Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leader and Innovator for 2005 and AFCOM 2003 Data
Center Manager of the Year Award.
Ken holds a BS in Economics and
Statistics from Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from the University of
Maryland.
Enterprise Assessment Expert
Les
joined CNC in 2005 to lead modernization and transformation initiatives and
program assessment services. He is a unique combination of senior program manager and highly skilled SME. Les
specializes in CIO support, government modernization and transformation, data
center consolidation, program assessment, enterprise architecture, virtualization and cloud computing, and
IT infrastructure and convergence. He has a broad range of IT and management consulting
skills and holds several certifications including CCIE, PMP and FEAC. Les holds a
BSEE from West Virginia University. He is
also the principal author of a proprietary CNC program assessment methodology labeled
P4A.

Dr. Ravi Kalaputapu
Vice President
Enterprise Applications Expert Ravi has extensive experience in software and systems development. His
experience includes development of Open Source, J2EE and .NET based software
products and managing the design and development of in-text semantic based
content and advertising platform, online contextual targeting solution, voice
browsing and alerting solutions and unstructured content
categorization platform. His experience includes 24x7 operations management of
Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions developed using LAMP/J. Ravi has
extensive knowledge of application development using artificial intelligence and
advanced statistical, data mining, and business intelligence techniques. In
addition, Ravi has extensive project management experience for custom software
development and delivery, and also managing outsourced software development from
contract negotiations to contract setup to managing delivery of projects. Ravi
holds a PhD from the University of Virginia and has patents pending in online

Dr. AfshinAbedi
Enterprise Modernization Expert Afshin is successfully participating on
government transformation initiatives. He scrutinizes enterprise
processes and technologies and uncovers new ways to align IT with
business needs, control costs and risks, improve productivity, and
increase service levels. He also helps identify cost-savings
opportunities in virtualization, server consolidation, infrastructure
optimization, and cloud computing as well as Green IT. Afshin is active
in the overhaul and consolidation of data centers and helping
enterprises meet goals of collaboration, energy efficiency, transparency
and cost savings. He is also a successful public speaker and
university lecturer and the co-author of a proprietary CNC program
assessment methodology labeled P4A. Afshin is PMP and FEAC certified and

Stewart Grossmann
Enterprise Transformation Expert
Stewart is a highly skilled transformation expert
specializing in CIO support, IT infrastructure and convergence, government
modernization and transformation, data center consolidation, program assessment,
enterprise architecture, and virtualization and cloud computing. Stewart first
worked with the CNC founder in 1989. He developed both software and
architectures for major production systems for both government and commercial
clients including IBM, General Electric, EDS, Northrop Grumman, Network
Associates, MCI, COMSAT, the Department of Treasury and DOD. Stewart holds a
BSEE from MIT, a master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard, and a MBA
from GWU.

Donna Scheleur
Vice President Donna
is a seasoned program manager and has worked with the CNC management team since
