The following benefits are currently available to our full-time employees:

Base salary and other job specific compensation
and incentives

Personal Leave – Up to ten (10) days or 80 hours of personal leave per
year. Accrues with each pay period (based on semi-monthly payroll on the
7th and 22nd
of the month.

Sick Leave - Up to five (5) days or 40 hours of sick leave per year.
Accrues with each pay period (based on semi-monthly payroll on the 7th
and 22nd
of the month).

Holidays - Ten (10) CNC holidays per calendar year for corporate
employees. Applicable client holidays while on site.

401(k) plan - CNC matches up to
5% of gross salary against employee
contributions NTE a maximum annual match of $5K per employee. Annual employee
statutory contribution limit in 2011 of $16.5K for
employees under 50 and an additional annual catch-up contribution of
$5.5K for employees 50 and over. Company match is vested 1/5 each year
of continuous employment. Vesting subject to 401k plan in
place.
